Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Certain items cannot be returned (see below)

Non-Returnable Items:

To protect the health and safety of all our guests, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Costume Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Adult Unisex Clothing (unless defective)
  • Opened Art supplies
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to begin your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  4. Ship Your Return – Include the RMA number on your package and ship to:

  5. Wait for Processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and applied to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Disney treasure arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll happily replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

International Returns

For our international guests (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in US Dollars and may be subject to currency conversion rates
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
