Shipping Information

We ship Disney magic worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) using the following methods:

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Shipping fee: $12.95
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Disney treasures. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how our magical return process works:

Return Guidelines

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the health and safety of all our guests, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Costume Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Adult Unisex Clothing (unless defective)
  • Opened Art supplies
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to begin your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. Here’s what to expect:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • The refund will be applied to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • For international returns, refunds will be issued in US Dollars and may be subject to currency conversion rates

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
