• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

All orders process in 1-2 business days before shipping. Delivery times are estimates.

International customers are responsible for:

• Complying with local import regulations

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if:

• Items are unused with original packaging and tags
• You provide proof of purchase
• You obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

• Will be issued to your original payment method
• Exclude original shipping fees
• For international returns, will be in US Dollars
